- Made-to-order items may take extra time (if applicable).

- Metro Cities: 6–8 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 8–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10–12 business days
Delays may occur due to holidays, festivals, or courier issues.

- Free shipping above a minimum order value (if applicable).
- Standard shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
5. Address Accuracy
WS Wear is not responsible for delays due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Unreachable contact number
- Customer unavailability
6. Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, record a video while opening the parcel and contact us within 24 hours.
